Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to enhance our product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute test cases for functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and excellent product quality.
- Conduct thorough manual testing of web and backend applications, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Write and execute SQL queries for data validation and backend testing.
- Identify, document, and track bugs using standard bug tracking tools.
- Participate in requirement analysis and provide QA insights during planning.
- Contribute to process improvements and QA best practices.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of Regression, Smoke, and Sanity testing techniques.
- Proficiency in SQL for backend validation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
Benefits:
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in Mortgage, Finance, or Banking domains.
- Knowledge of IBMi systems.
- Exposure to Automation Testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, JMeter).
Additional Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in Manual and Functional QA.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Adaptability to changing project requirements.
