Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain standardized process flows using BPMN standards.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize end-to-end processes across the organization.
  • Work closely with operations and transition teams to understand migrating processes and review process flows for potential gaps.
  • Ensure effective integration of control measures into daily process flows.
  • Perform trend analysis to anticipate potential challenges and implement preventive measures.
  • Support operations and risk teams in implementing robust control frameworks to mitigate identified risks.
  • Periodically review and update revised processes and controls with operations.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives and proactively identify opportunities for enhancement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a relevant field.
  • 6-8 years of experience with a minimum of 3-4 years as a Business Process Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience and certification in using business process mapping tools is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of business process management and notation (BPMN) methodologies and tools.
  • Proficiency and certification in process modeling and analysis techniques is required.
  • In-depth knowledge about work/process standardization, risk identification, and controls.
  • Experience with process automation, workflow management, or business process management systems is a plus.
