Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our Process CoE team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building detailed process maps, following BPMN mapping standards, and reviewing controls in processes to identify process gaps across the EQ Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain process maps using BPMN standards.
- Identify opportunities to optimize end-to-end processes across the organization.
- Work closely with operations and transition teams to understand migrating processes and review process flows to identify potential gaps.
- Ensure control measures are effectively integrated into daily process flows.
- Perform trend analysis to anticipate potential challenges and implement preventive measures to mitigate.
- Support operations and risk teams in implementing robust control frameworks to mitigate identified risks.
- Periodically review with Operations to update revised processes and controls.
- Take lead in implementing continuous improvement initiatives and proactively identify opportunities for enhancement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a relevant field.
- 6 to 8 years of experience with minimum 3 to 4 years as a Business Process Analyst or in a similar role.
- Hands on experience and certification in using business process mapping tools is a plus.
- Strong understanding of business process management and notation (BPMN) methodologies and tools.
- Proficiency and certification in process modeling and analysis techniques is required.
- In-depth knowledge about work/process standardization, risk identification and controls.
- Experience with process automation, workflow management, or business process management systems is a plus.
