Civil Site Engineer Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Civil Site Engineer to oversee daily site activities, ensure quality standards, and coordinate with contractors and vendors for efficient project execution.

  • Supervise and monitor construction site activities to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Manage workforce, materials, and equipment effectively to meet project deadlines.
  • Prepare daily site reports, work progress updates, and documentation.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality checks for civil works, concrete, steel, finishing, etc.
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, and consultants for smooth execution.
  • Handle site measurements, BOQs, and verification of contractor bills.
  • Use MS Office, AutoCAD, and other project management tools for reporting and coordination.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental guidelines at the site.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • 2-5 years of site supervision and project execution experience.
  • Good knowledge of construction methodologies, quality standards, and safety norms.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and basic IT tools for reporting and documentation.
  • Strong communication and team coordination skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in handling residential, commercial, industrial projects.
  • Exposure to project management software (MS Project, Primavera).
  • Basic IT networking knowledge for onsite coordination and reporting systems.
