Job Opportunity: Siemens Opcenter MES Modeler

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Siemens Opcenter MES Modeler to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and developing master data for equipment management, inventory management, and user management in MES.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of PI design, requirements gathering, and validation. You will work closely with various product experts and subject matter experts to determine the requirements for new PIs designing. Additionally, you will design and create complex PIs for weighing & dispensing, manufacturing, and packaging processes.

Responsibilities include site-specific requirement analysis, conversion of requirements into batch records, validation of created PIs for site deployment, and providing status updates to project managers on a day-to-day basis. The successful candidate will also work with product vendors on product-related issues during upgrades and troubleshoot defects resolution during validation of PIs.

The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of pharmaceutical, biotech, manufacturing, and shop floor order processes knowledge to convert site requirements into batch records. Key skills required include end-to-end implementation experience of Siemens Opcenter EXPH, experience with Siemens Opcenter EXPH modules, knowledge of ISA95/S88 standards, and practical use of these standards in application design.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will have good communication and analytical skills, hands-on experience in Siemens Opcenter EXPH specification, execution, compliance, and performance module, experience in Siemens Opcenter EXPH configuration and customization, and experience on SAP-MES interface, L2 integrations, report development.

Other responsibilities include mentoring and building a team, client liaisoning, developing technology competency, showcasing solution and delivery capability to prospect customers, delivery accelerators development, consulting template and artifacts development, and collaborating with other domain-centric centers of excellence for development of solution-based offerings.
