About the Role

We are seeking a talented MES Modeler to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing processes that drive efficiency and productivity.

Job Description:

  • Gather requirements for PI designing of products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Liaise with product experts and subject matter experts to determine site-specific requirements for new PI designs.
  • Design and develop master data for equipment management, inventory management, and user management in MES.
  • Create complex PI's for weighing & dispensing, manufacturing, and packaging processes.
  • Analyze site-specific requirements for each process and convert them into batch records.
  • Validate created PI's for site deployment.
  • Provide regular updates to project managers on progress, issues, and risks.
  • Troubleshoot defects during validation of PI's.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • End-to-end implementation experience of Siemens Opcenter EXPH.
  • Experience with Siemens Opcenter EXPH modules, including user management, PI management, PI process, PI review, weighing & dispensing, XSI console, equipment management, material flow management, and weighing & dispense.
  • Knowledge of ISA95/S88 standards and practical application in design.
  • Familiarity with SAP-MES interface, L2 integrations, report development, and GxP, GAMP, 21 CFR Part 11 regulations.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
