Job Title: Model Validation Expert
We are seeking a highly skilled Model Validation Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address model limitations and deficiencies.
- Develop and implement validation processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with developers to design and implement model validation logic.
- Provide technical expertise to stakeholders and business leaders on model risk management.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks associated with model validation.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of banking products and front-to-back architecture.
- Experience in pricing and modeling derivative products.
- Programming skills in SQL, C++, and Python.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
• Previous experience working in financial institutions.
• Strong knowledge of front office business leaders.
• Experience in dealing with regulators.
