Job Title: Validation Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Validation Expert. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in validation and demonstrate strong leadership skills.

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  2. Develop and implement effective validation strategies and processes, ensuring the quality and reliability of products throughout the development lifecycle.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define validation requirements and priorities, driving alignment across departments.
  4. Establish and maintain validation plans, protocols, and procedures in compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
  5. Oversee the execution of validation activities, including IQ/OQ/PQ, software validation, and process validation, ensuring seamless execution and efficient workflows.
  6. Risk assessment and mitigation is crucial in this role; you will identify potential product risks related to validation and develop strategies to address them.
  7. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance validation processes, streamline workflows, and increase efficiency.
  8. Maintain relationships with external vendors and contractors as needed for validation testing services, ensuring collaborative partnerships.
  9. Ensure end-to-end documentation and traceability of validation activities, providing clarity and transparency throughout the process.
  10. Promote training compliance among team members on customer-related training requirements, ensuring up-to-date knowledge and expertise.
