Job Title: Senior Visual Director

A senior leader with expertise in strategic visual direction who partners with clients and internal teams to drive creative excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of each brand's unique identity, tone, and audience insights to inform visual direction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify innovative solutions that meet business goals and exceed client expectations.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices to ensure the team is equipped to deliver cutting-edge visual work.
  • Pitch fresh ideas to clients, leveraging data-driven insights to support creative concepts.
  • Lead ideation sessions with designers, writers, and strategists to develop bold, impactful visual stories.
  • Present work confidently and persuasively to stakeholders, using data and research to inform visual decisions.
  • Explore new content formats and integrate them into visual strategies when relevant.
  • Identify opportunities to push boundaries of brand engagement across social and digital media.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality outputs that meet brand standards and project goals.
  • Balance big-picture thinking with hands-on design involvement, mentoring junior designers as needed.
  • Ensure all visual outputs align with brand vision, creative strategy, and project objectives.
  • Apply a strong understanding of print design and production processes to deliver exceptional results.
  • Oversee packaging, OOH, and other print-based creatives, ensuring fidelity and print-readiness.
  • Liaise with printers and vendors for final production as required.
  • Take ownership of assigned brands, driving consistency and innovation in visual storytelling.
  • Be the go-to expert for visual direction, collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional results.
  • Assist with managing timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in creative leadership, with a strong body of work.
  • At least 2 years in a supervisory or art director role.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).

Excellent visual acumen, communication, and presentation skills.

Strong knowledge of both digital and traditional media channels.

  • Experience with motion graphics, animation, or interactive media.
  • Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, or other UI/UX design tools.
  • Prior agency or multi-brand experience.
