Overview

As a Chief Technology Visionary, you will lead our organization's technological endeavors and drive digital transformation efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement the technology strategy in alignment with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a futuristic IT architecture that supports customer/employee-centric systems and delivers a seamless omnichannel experience.
  • Drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies to enhance the customer experience, including e-commerce, mobile apps, CRM systems, and in-store technologies.
  • Lead and mentor the IT department, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Over 20 years of experience in IT/Tech, preferably in retail organizations or services companies managing end-to-end responsibilities for enterprises.
  • Experience in digital transformation for enterprises, particularly in the retail industry, spanning across business processes.
  • Ability to define and manage a futuristic IT architecture, encompassing applications, data, and security.
  • Experience in establishing an IT governance model across the organization.
  • Proficiency in DevOps transformation, Process transformation, AI, and automation technologies.
  • Front-line leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and manage a partner ecosystem.
  • Deep understanding of technology and architecture concepts, as well as industry trends and disruptors.
