  • We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative creative professional to join our team at BM Consulting Pvt. Ltd.

The successful candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in design principles, software tools, and project management.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Visual Storytelling: Develop impactful graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print media, including websites, social media posts, advertisements, brochures, posters, presentations, and more.
  • Tool Mastery: Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW, and Figma to develop high-quality designs.
  • Brand Identity: Ensure all design work adheres to established brand guidelines, delivering consistent and cohesive visual identities.
  • Creative Contributions: Contribute to brainstorming sessions and offer innovative ideas that align with the brand's goals, audience, and market trends.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and design quality is maintained.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 1-2 years of professional graphic design experience.
  • Design Tools Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDRAW, and basic knowledge of Figma.
  • Creative Vision: Strong understanding of design principles such as typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail with a focus on quality and precision in all design elements.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work well in a team environment, collaborating with other designers, marketers, and developers.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively present design concepts and ideas.
