Senior Liaison Officer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Liaison Officer to manage government relations, legal coordination, and regulatory affairs for high-end real estate projects in India.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary liaison between our organization and various government departments, local authorities, and regulatory agencies.
  • Ensure timely acquisition of all necessary project permissions, clearances, and NOCs (e.g., RERA, environmental, municipal, utility, fire, etc.).
  • Liaise with town planning departments, land registration offices, and legal consultants to guarantee accurate and compliant documentation.
  • Build and maintain effective professional relationships with government officials, statutory bodies, and other key stakeholders.
  • Monitor and interpret changes in real estate regulations, zoning laws, land acquisition policies, and other relevant government procedures.
  • Prepare and implement a structured liaison process, including timelines, documentation standards, and compliance checklists.
  • Submit regular reports to senior management outlining liaison activities, risk factors, and the status of regulatory approvals.
