Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead our strategic initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and implementing project governance frameworks, collaborating with senior leadership, and driving cross-functional projects.

Main Responsibilities
  • Governance Frameworks: Define and implement IT project governance frameworks in line with regulatory standards, ensuring adherence to industry best practices.
  • Leadership Collaboration: Collaborate with senior leadership to evaluate the effectiveness and risks of digital transformation initiatives, fostering a culture of innovation and growth.
  • Cross-Functional Projects: Drive cross-functional IT projects, ensuring timely delivery, KPI tracking, and cost monitoring, while maintaining a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Project Oversight: Oversee multiple IT projects, tracking progress and achieving milestones, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
Key Requirements
  • Expertise: Possess expertise in IT project planning, execution, monitoring, controls, and governance, with a strong ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Data Quantification: Demonstrate strong ability in data quantification and analytics, with experience in designing KPI-driven metrics for IT projects and measuring ROI, risks, delinquency, and early warning signals.
  • Budgeting and Planning: Show proficiency in budgeting, planning, forecasting, monitoring, and cost-benefit analysis (CBA) for IT projects, with a focus on delivering value to stakeholders.
  • Communication Skills: Possess strong oral and written communication skills, with consultative and interpersonal abilities that enable effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Technical Expertise: Familiarity with various IT tools and platforms, including project management software, data analytics tools, and collaboration platforms, is highly desirable.
