Job Opportunity:

Corporate Governance and Compliance Specialist

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida, requiring an individual with expertise in corporate governance and compliance. As the Corporate Governance and Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to legal and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date statutory records
  • Organizing and attending board meetings
  • Drafting, reviewing, and filing legal documents
  • Liaising with external regulators, advisors, and auditors
  • Assisting with internal audits and risk assessments

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in corporate governance and compliance
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and handle legal documentation
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in liaising with regulatory bodies and external advisors
