Oracle Fusion HCM Expert Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead Oracle Fusion HCM projects, leveraging their extensive experience and expertise in the field. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering successful implementations and providing exceptional support to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive Oracle Fusion HCM solutions that meet clients' needs and exceed expectations.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM best practices and industry trends.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
  • Participate in business development activities to identify new opportunities and grow the client base.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track project progress and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of total experience with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • At least 3 full life-cycle implementations, particularly in Core HR and Benefits modules.
  • Strong knowledge of integration methodologies and interfaces, including HDL, Web Services, PaaS integrations, and third-party integrations.
  • Expertise in Fast Formulae, Personalizations, Auto-completion rules, Data Extracts, BIP Reports, Dashboards, HDL, and Redwood enablement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Experience working with global clients; US clients an added advantage.
