Job Title

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our finance team and drive sustainable growth for the business, customers, and brands.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional performance and creating opportunities for future growth.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Partner with commercial teams to drive franchise business, collaborating with franchise partners to ensure timely closure of commercial arrangements.
  • Support contract execution, updates, and renewals in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Enable accurate and timely invoicing and billing.
  • Monitor payment collection and identify overdue payments.
  • Cross-verify royalty calculations and other commercial terms with contracts.
  • Support validation of partner-reported data and highlight discrepancies.
  • Assist with franchise partner account management, including payment reconciliation and clearing of entries.
  • Act as a query response mechanism for the team, providing business context to resolve queries promptly.
  • Prepare financial committee and/or executive committee documents (e.g. Franchise BPM).
  • Fulfill ad hoc reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal finance, legal, and sales teams for smooth operational execution.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and audit-ready records for commercial and contract-related activities.
Experience and Key Skills:
  • CA/CA Inter/CMA 2 -3 years of experience in commercial finance, business operations, or franchise management.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong process adherence.
  • Strong business partnering and collaboration skills.
  • Exposure to ERP systems like SAP.
