As a key member of our womenswear team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of sourcing strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing Leadership: Utilize your expertise to identify and secure high-quality fabrics, trims, and production partners while fostering strong vendor relationships.
  • Range Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop seasonal line plans that balance creative vision with market demand and customer preferences.
  • Buying & Costing: Negotiate with suppliers to achieve competitive costs while maintaining quality and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Pricing & Margins: Develop pricing strategies that optimize profitability without compromising creativity and brand image.
  • Product Development: Oversee collection timelines from initial sampling to final production, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Market Insights: Analyze trends, competitor assortments, and customer feedback to inform sourcing decisions and drive business success.
  • Calendar Management: Coordinate collection calendars to ensure a smooth flow across design, sampling, and production.
  • Performance Review: Monitor sales data and customer feedback to refine future collections and drive business improvement.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner closely with Design, Pattern, and Production teams to bring collections from concept to customer.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Fashion Management, Buying, or related field, along with 4+ years of experience in sourcing, buying, and merchandising (preferably in luxury/RTW). Strong sourcing networks and expertise in textiles, trims, and production partners are essential.
