Lead B2B Sourcing Specialist

To revolutionize the fashion industry with our patented manufacturing technology and commitment to sustainability, we are seeking a Lead B2B Sourcing Specialist.

This key role will involve leading our procurement strategy, optimizing the buying cycle, and ensuring the shortest possible production cycle.

  1. Procurement Strategy Optimization: Implement current processes or set up new ones to enhance sourcing operations and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  2. Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to guarantee accurate design packages.
  3. Performance Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and sourcing metrics.
  4. Team Development: Train and mentor team members to foster their professional growth and optimize performance.
  5. Process Innovation: Evaluate and analyze new tools and technologies to automate processes and reporting.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in managing production or sourcing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Technology or Engineering in Textile Technology.
  • Exceptional understanding of garment manufacturing operations and processes.
  • Technical knowledge of pattern and fit development of garments—AUTO CAD skills preferred.
  • Merchandise sourcing expertise—sample development and offshore production experience beneficial.
  • Advanced Excel and data visualization tool proficiency.
  • Digital literacy and ability to implement new technologies and tools.
