Job Overview

The successful candidate will assume responsibility for leading strategic technology initiatives, scaling high-performing teams, and delivering impactful digital solutions that drive customer success and market leadership.

  • Technology Roadmap:
    • Develop a deep understanding of current technological needs and anticipate future requirements to ensure continued innovation and competitiveness in the industry.
    • Define and articulate a forward-looking technology vision that aligns with long-term product and business goals.
    • Oversight of the technical roadmap, ensuring architectural integrity, scalability, and innovation across all platforms.
  • Product & Platform Leadership:
    • Full lifecycle management of product development, from ideation and prototyping through to launch, scale, and iteration.
    • Sound decision-making on architectural and design choices across multiple technology stacks, ensuring efficiency, security, and future-proofing.
    • Prioritization of engineering deliverables that balance speed and performance with an unwavering commitment to consistency and reliability at scale.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Building, leading, and mentoring globally distributed teams of engineers, QA professionals, architects, and DevOps specialists.
    • Fostering a culture of innovation, agility, collaboration, and technical excellence within the team.
    • Evaluation and implementation of best-in-class design patterns and development methodologies.
  • Technical Governance:
    • Promoting and enforcing robust standards for code quality, security, performance, and system integrity.
    • Advocacy for automation testing, DevOps adoption, and CI/CD workflows to accelerate delivery while maintaining stability.
    • Maintenance of compliance with emerging cybersecurity and data protection best practices.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Closely working with leaders in Product, Design, Sales, and Marketing to ensure technology efforts are aligned with customer and market needs.
    • Supporting go-to-market strategies with seamless platform integration, strong technical enablement, and a deep understanding of customer needs.
  • Innovation & Emerging Technologies:
    • Identification and integration of emerging technologies such as AI/ML, advanced analytics, and workflow automation that offer competitive advantages.
    • Promotion of a culture of experimentation and innovation within the engineering organization.
  • Infrastructure & Scalability:
    • Ensuring infrastructure stability, data integrity, and system availability across all platforms and geographies.
    • Leadership in optimizing cloud architecture and enhancing platform scalability as customer demand grows.
