Technical Lead

Role Overview

We seek a Technical Lead to drive technology initiatives, collaborating with the product team to design and deliver scalable systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and grow the engineering team to achieve technical excellence by fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
  • Align engineering goals with the company's strategic objectives.
System Architecture and Technical Vision
  • Define and implement the technical roadmap to support scalability and stability.
  • Oversee system architecture, ensuring reliability and security.
  • Make critical decisions on technology stacks and development approaches.
Collaboration with Product Team
  • Partner with the product team to align technical solutions with business goals.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration between product and engineering workflows.
Execution and Innovation
  • Drive end-to-end development of core platform features and improvements.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and adopt emerging technologies when appropriate.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor or Master of Science in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of software development experience in PHP, Go, or Java.
  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks is a plus.
  • Minimum 4 years leading multiple teams and as an individual contributor.
  • Strong knowledge of performance optimization techniques for web and backend services.
  • Ability to design and develop reusable components and services.
