Job Description:

The role of an Organizational Development Specialist is critical in enhancing the retail business's performance by understanding its objectives and staff-related challenges. This individual will be responsible for creating strategic recommendations based on this comprehension.

As the primary point of contact for our staff and sales team, you will facilitate effective communication and ensure seamless collaboration among team members.

  • Drive key human resource metrics such as staffing, retention, engagement, and cost management to optimize business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with Regional Managers and Territory Managers to develop recruitment strategies, compensation plans, and employee relations initiatives.
  2. Operate independently to enhance employee satisfaction, development, and growth within the team.
  3. Develop and implement HR best practices, lead training sessions, and mentor team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
  4. Interact directly with store staff to implement change initiatives related to culture, performance, recognition, and policies.
  5. Manage HR operations, including induction, performance management, employee relations, and exit processes.
  6. Coach individual managers to enhance their leadership capabilities and drive organizational growth.
  7. Develop and implement HR policies and directives to ensure smooth implementation across the organization.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-6 years of experience in retail relationship management, preferably in large format businesses.
  • Proven ability to manage big teams effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Hindi and English languages.
