Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

 

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and organized financial operations specialist to join our team. This role involves managing financial reporting, documentation, and internal coordination across multiple verticals.

This position requires a highly motivated individual who can bring structure to operations, build clean reports, and enable data-driven decisions at a leadership level.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing recurring reports, tracking and reporting financial portfolio (bonds) and business expenses, maintaining multiple spreadsheets, trackers, and performance documents, organizing and structuring operational data in a digestible format, and supporting senior management with time-sensitive reports and internal coordination.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in reporting, MIS, or coordination roles.

Strong Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, multi-sheet management).

Experience working directly with leadership or in small teams is a plus.

Comfortable handling data across domains.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Self-motivated and reliable, with the ability to meet deadlines without supervision.

Process automation through Advanced Excel.

Knowledge of QuickBooks and US accounting is a plus.

Power BI is a plus.
