As a key member of our global team, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and coordinating international appointments. Your expertise as an International Client Engagement & Appointment Manager will be essential in bridging the gap between our leadership and global clients/partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of global clients and partners with updated contacts and engagement history.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and industry visits for leadership during international trips.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients before and after meetings.
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and presentations to ensure smooth preparation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support leadership in client-facing interactions.
- Monitor and track client communications, follow-ups, and next steps.
- Provide post-visit reports summarizing client feedback, opportunities, and pending actions.
- Support event participation, conferences, and networking opportunities abroad.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or International Relations.
- 3–6 years of experience in client engagement, account management, or executive coordination.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
- Ability to work across different time zones and cultures.
- Capacity to multitask and manage multiple client interactions simultaneously.
- Experience with CRM tools, and scheduling platforms.
- Flexibility to travel internationally when required.
