Commercial Operations Expert

We seek an experienced professional to collaborate with cross-functional teams in commercial operations within the pharmaceutical industry.

  • Utilize skills in data analysis and SQL to optimize business strategy and operations by delivering cutting-edge analytics from a broad set of data sources combined with deep technical expertise.
  • Collaborate with clients as consultants to support all components of incentive compensation design and implementation, aligning with company goals and compliance with regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business or Life Sciences.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in commercial operations with a focus on IC design and operations or call plan and targeting.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Knowledge of call planning and targeting methodologies utilizing data-driven insights to optimize sales force effectiveness.
  • Sound understanding of IC plans and admin concepts, goal setting, and IC health checks to support client sales ops activities.
  • Experience with sales force automation tools and systems.
  • Good understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, highly motivated, and good work ethic.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in Tableau/Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
  • Experience with Alteryx for data blending and advanced analytics.
  • Familiarity with SAS/Python for statistical analysis and modeling.
