Academic Leadership Opportunity

:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Academic Executive to join our institution's academic leadership team. This role plays a critical part in supporting the execution of academic operations, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning experiences, coordinating academic programs, and facilitating effective communication between departments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong vision for academic excellence and have experience in academic administration or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating academic programs and policies.
  • Coordinate with faculty and academic staff to ensure timely delivery of curriculum and course schedules.
  • Monitor academic performance metrics, such as student outcomes, faculty evaluations, and program effectiveness.
  • Provide administrative support in accreditation, audits, and academic documentation.
  • Support student academic services, including advising, orientation, and academic progression tracking.
  • Liaise with departments to manage timetables, examinations, and assessments.
  • Handle academic grievances and support conflict resolution related to academic matters.
  • Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and evaluation of faculty members.
  • Prepare academic reports, presentations, and data analyses for leadership review.
  • Promote academic integrity and quality assurance in alignment with institutional goals.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 1 years of experience in academic administration or a similar role.
  • Preferred Attributes:
    • Experience in accreditation processes.
    • Familiarity with curriculum design and educational policy frameworks.
    • Leadership potential with a vision for academic excellence.
