Admission Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Admission Officer to join our team. As an Admission Officer, you will be responsible for attracting students to our institution through effective planning strategies, promoting us nationally and internationally for student admission, and directing staff working under Admissions Office to handle parents and students smoothly.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. To devise and implement various strategies to attract quality students and enhance admissions year on year.
  2. To organize campus tours for potential students and their parents to showcase our infrastructure facilities and expertise of faculty.
  3. To guide Marketing Office in organizing exhibitions and open houses for school students and their parents at Campus and other places.
  4. To plan and execute student admissions from various parts of the country.
  5. To visit schools and polytechnic colleges to provide potential students with information about our academic program.
  6. To assist Marketing in creating tools like brochures, pamphlets, banners, merchandise, hoardings, etc.
  7. To supervise staff working in the Admissions Office and motivate them to bring out their best.
  8. To ensure adequate hospitality is extended to parents and students at the time of admission.
  9. To schedule counselling of students and parents and complete the admission process smoothly.

Requirements

  • A Master's degree holder with professional additional qualifications is preferred.
  • At least 12-15 years of relevant experience in admission & outreach is required.
  • The candidate should have previous work experience of working with Education Institutes.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills are necessary.
