**Job Description:**
  • Lead secondary research and insights, data collection, collation, and analysis on different areas of public health including Maternal and Child health, Immunization, FP, NTDs. This involves synthesizing complex information from multiple sources and summarizing it in word reports and presentations.
  • Database and repository management and updating it regularly to ensure accuracy and consistency of data.
  • Good knowledge of data management, analysis and M&E activities is essential for success in this role.
  • Able to lead and execute research and MLE activities, including quantitative surveys and qualitative impact stories, using hypothesis-driven approach and analytical rigor.
  • Plan, make, write, edit, review and coordinate on monthly reports, presentations, dashboards, visualizations to effectively communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Lead the development and deployment of strategic tools and frameworks for conducting primary, secondary research, data collection and M&E to develop and assess options, ensure logical reasoning, and challenge assumptions.
  • Exhibit flexibility in moving across development and preparation of multiple deliverables – dashboards, presentations, technical briefs, research papers, abstracts etc.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
  • Professional experience of 7-12 years with sufficient experience in public health research in India and globally.
  • Masters/ MA in Public Health or related field.
  • Excellent consulting, research, MLE, data analysis and writing capabilities.
  • Experience with strategy execution, measurement, review, and adjustment is preferable.
  • Excellent oral, facilitation, and written communication skills.
  • Past Experience of handling a team.
  • Strong qualitative and quantitative knowledge with a demonstrated ability to extract appropriate data to convey complex information through the use of supporting tables, graphs and other visual representations.
  • Knowledge of analytical and visualization software is a must, for e.g. STATA, R, Atlas ti, Power BI etc.
