About Insights & Advisory:

Our Insights and Advisory team plays a critical role in providing strategic guidance and data-driven insights to organizations. By analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and business data, our team helps decision-makers make informed choices that positively impact their organization's performance and bottom line.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create problem statements and initial hypotheses, designing optimal research approaches with a mix of research techniques.
  • Structure and present data and results using relevant frameworks.
  • Develop key messages/highlights addressing key objectives as summaries of results.
  • Present results of the research to clients and handle client queries.
  • Participate in team discussions on project-specific areas.
  • Conduct market assessments and trend analyses across sub-segments, therapy areas, to evaluate market attractiveness, players, pipeline assets, and product portfolios.
  • Perform competitor benchmarking and tracking, including media monitoring, product profiling, medical/scientific, and marketing aspects, SWOT analysis, and clinical pipeline analysis.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Hands-on experience in MedTech and Diagnostics strategy-related projects.
  • Consulting and strategy-oriented project experience.
  • Market assessment project experience covering market attractiveness, strategic imperatives, competitor strategy, insights gathering through secondary/primary research, analysis, and reporting.
  • A mind-set to identify and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with active listening.
  • A respect for time and ability to ensure timely completion of tasks within areas of responsibility.
  • An ability to contribute proactively to the firm's goals and mission.
  • Command over MS Office and basic MS Excel.
  • Relevant degree (M.Pharm, B.Pharm, B.Tech, M.Tech) or MBA.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience.
