International Trade Professional

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced International Trade Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing international trade activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute import and export transactions, including preparation of documents, customs clearance, and transportation management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of all import and export transactions, including invoices, bills of lading, and customs documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as logistics, finance, and procurement, to ensure alignment and efficiency.
  • Stay updated on changes in import/export regulations and company policies to ensure compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in international trade, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
