  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning & Market Development
    • We are looking for a skilled Trade Manager to develop and execute business plans for modern trade channels.
    • The ideal candidate will implement plans for increasing market share through brand awareness and advertisements.
    • You will map opportunity markets and identify relevant tea category products through data mining.
  • Sales & Channel Management
    • You will manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines to achieve sales targets and ensure consistent growth in the MT segment.
    • The successful candidate will develop and manage relationships with modern trade clients, vendors, and business partners.
    • Negotiate regional-level contracts with new vendors and clients as well as terminate contracts with existing clients or vendors when necessary.
  • Relationship & Stakeholder Management
    • You will establish and manage relationships with agencies and customers to ensure smooth operations.
    • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure all domestic business operations run smoothly.
  • Marketing & Brand Development
    • The Trade Manager will implement brand awareness campaigns and product launches in MT channels.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to drive advertising and promotional activities.
  • Reporting & Analysis
    • Prepare financial reports detailing sales performance, ROI, and profit margins.
    • Analyze market trends and customer data to inform business decisions.
    • Manage inventory levels and order replacements when necessary.
  • Cross-functional Coordinations
    • Manage the supply chain process from procurement to shipment to customer delivery.
