Job Description

A senior-level technical lead is required to spearhead the delivery of complex Adobe AEM projects, collaborating closely with on-shore teams to coordinate and execute work packages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead small development teams comprising front-end developers, application developers, and testers in delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Manage multiple workstreams and levels of colleagues in an off-shoring model, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance on delivering Adobe AEM implementations, advocating for best practices and methodologies.
  • Evaluate and mitigate delivery risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues and maintaining high-quality deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain relevant technical design documentation, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should possess extensive experience (3-8+ years) in CMS application development using Adobe Day/AEM/CQ5 technologies. Strong communication skills, familiarity with technical delivery methodologies, and project management approaches in off-shoring environments are essential.

Experience working in Agile/SCRUM development environments and knowledge of software design, modeling techniques, database technologies, web servers, application servers, and hardware options are also required.
