Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Adobe Target / AEM Developer to join our team. This role will involve designing, developing, and customizing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions with a focus on Adobe Target integration.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AEM 6.x / AEM as a Cloud Service and strong expertise in Adobe Target for personalization and experimentation.

They will also be proficient in Java, OSGi, Sling, JCR, and HTL (Sightly) programming skills.

AEM Assets configuration and customization experience is also required.

Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular is an added advantage.

Knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud integrations is necessary.

This role will support the development of components, templates, workflows, and asset configurations to deliver personalized, scalable, and optimized digital experiences.

The successful candidate will work closely with architects, UX, and marketing teams to align solutions with business requirements.

Maintaining code quality, reusability, and adherence to Adobe and industry best practices is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Develop AEM Solutions: Design and develop AEM components, templates, and workflows to support web and digital experience needs.
  • Configure and Customize AEM Publishing Processes: Configure and customize AEM publishing processes and related functionalities.
  • Manage AEM Assets Configurations: Manage and enhance AEM Assets configurations, including metadata schemas, renditions, and custom workflows.
  • Integrate Adobe Target with AEM: Integrate Adobe Target with AEM to enable personalization, optimization, and testing capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with architects, UX, and marketing teams to align solutions with business requirements.
  • Maintain Code Quality: Ensure code quality, reusability, and adherence to Adobe and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • AEM Expertise: Hands-on experience with AEM 6.x / AEM as a Cloud Service.
