
State Manager Position

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented professional to lead our state-level operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for formulating and implementing business plans aligned with national sales targets and organizational goals.
The successful candidate will drive top-line growth by managing B2B and B2C sales operations across various channels, ensuring effective territory planning and pipeline visibility using CRM tools.
They will also oversee supply chain coordination, inventory planning, logistics, and documentation, ensuring adherence to statutory regulations and commercial policies.
Leveraging data analytics platforms and ERP systems, the State Manager will generate real-time tracking of sales metrics, financial reporting, and business intelligence dashboards for regional performance reviews and forecasting.
Required Qualifications & Skills:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, or Marketing; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in sales, distribution, or business operations, preferably in the agricultural equipment, agribusiness, or rural technology sectors.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling regional operations and sales teams.
- Strong command of digital tools (CRM, ERP, MS Power BI, Tableau, Excel) and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep understanding of dealer networks and the agri-mechanization ecosystem.
