Job Description:

As a State Customer Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for leading customer marketing initiatives across the state. Your role will involve collaborating with sales teams to evaluate and finalize outlets, ensuring installations and maintenance at vendor outlets, and finalizing beat plans according to switch promotion strategies.

  • Conduct market research with sales teams to identify opportunities and develop effective promotional strategies.
  • Ensure accurate documentation, supervision, and monitoring of challans, in & out stock registers, bills, POs, GRAs, PR, and attendance of the sales team.
  • Plan and execute POSMs, display units, shelf shares for branding and merchandising as per contract and obtain required sign-offs for PO payments.
  • Develop and implement signage elements such as racks, main shop signage, and gondolas to enhance brand visibility.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and project management skills. You should also have experience working with sales teams and vendors, as well as proficiency in MS Office Suite.
