As a detail-oriented and execution-focused data entry specialist, you will play a vital role in our operations team by accurately entering and updating customer and project data into company systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for accurately entering and updating customer and project data into company systems.
  • Monitoring form submissions and permit application records is an essential part of this role.
  • Preparing and sending customer invoices, tracking payments, and following up on pending dues are key tasks that require your attention to detail.
  • You will also support customer follow-ups via email or CRM to keep projects on track.
  • A critical aspect of this role is validating and cross-checking entries to ensure high accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintaining well-organized digital records for projects and customer information is essential.
  • You will assist the operations team with basic reporting and documentation tasks.
  • You will uphold confidentiality and data security standards at all times.
Requirements & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • 1–2 years of experience in data entry, operations, or admin support is ideal, but freshers with strong skills may also apply.
  • Excellent attention to detail with near-zero error tolerance is crucial for success in this role.
  • Good proficiency in MS Excel and Google Workspace is necessary.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
  • The ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency and meet deadlines is essential.
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work effectively in a remote team environment are must-haves.
