Customer Service Representative Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to acquire new customers, retain existing ones, and provide exceptional customer service through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • To resolve customer queries within agreed timelines, ensuring a delightful customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent work experience.
  • Fresher with basic knowledge of reading and writing, smartphone usage, local language proficiency, and sales and customer handling skills.
