As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in acquiring new customers and ensuring their delight. The primary responsibility involves calling Jio customers to explain the benefits of Jio recharges.

Responsibilities include:

  • Acquiring new customers through proactive outreach
  • Explaining Jio recharge plans to customers and addressing their queries
  • Selling new Jio connections to prospective customers
  • Resolving customer complaints in a timely manner
  • Providing exceptional customer service experience

Skills required for this position include basic knowledge of reading and writing, smartphone usage, local language proficiency, sales and customer handling skills, and the ability to learn.

Required Skills and Qualifications
