We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Solutions Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing personal and business banking, wealth, and insurance needs of high net worth individuals (HNI).

About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for a seasoned professional to leverage their analytical and relationship management skills to drive growth and satisfaction among HNI customers.

Responsibilities
  1. Address Personal Banking, Business Banking, Wealth & Insurance Needs: Collaborate with HNI clients to understand their complex financial requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  2. Achieve Targets: Set and achieve aggressive targets in terms of product mix, ensuring consistent growth and revenue expansion.
  3. 360 Degree Coverage: Deliver comprehensive coverage of client needs across their personal and business banking/financial requirements, fostering long-term relationships.
  4. Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with HNI customers through effective communication, trust-building, and problem-solving.
  5. Focusing on Customer Needs: Analyze and satisfy HNI customers' financial, banking, investment, and business needs and objectives, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  6. Professional Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to achieve a high percentage of customer wallet share and satisfaction, leading to client retention and growth.
  7. Portfolio Management: Manage client portfolios to minimize risk and ensure stability, while identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  8. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Monitor and manage KPIs at the highest level, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  9. Customer Transition: Effectively manage customer transitions, ensuring seamless continuity and minimizing disruption.
  10. Compliance: Ensure ongoing compliance with policies and procedures, adhering to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  11. Suspicious Transactions: Promptly report any suspicious transactions to the supervising officer.
