Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Finance Manager to lead the implementation and optimization of our financial technology systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate finance and accounting principles, as well as experience working with finance systems such as SAP, Hyperion, Tableau, Smartsheet, and Anaplan.

This role will involve collaborating with Operations Finance to streamline financial processes, automate reporting, and enhance data accuracy. The successful candidate will also be responsible for supporting financial planning, forecasting, and data modeling through advanced technology solutions.

In addition, this position will require ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance across all finance-related systems. The ability to identify opportunities for process improvements using automation and analytics is also essential.

The Finance Manager will work closely with IT and Finance teams to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions. A stay up-to-date on emerging financial technologies and best practices is also expected.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field, and 6-8 years of finance and technology experience, OR Master's degree and 4-6 years of experience. Must-have skills include a strong understanding of corporate finance and accounting principles, experience working with finance systems, expertise in financial data analytics, and experience in automation and process optimization within finance functions.
