Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure operational excellence by handling network operation/SLA KPIs/Faults and taking appropriate actions to maintain the best network uptime.
  2. Coordinate with IP partners for maintaining SLA, KPIs, and other operational aspects.
  3. Work with SNOC, Central teams to achieve service excellence and improvement of network availability.
  4. Perform Preventive and Corrective Maintenances at Cell sites for Electronics and Passive elements deployed by VIL in accordance to the guidelines.
  5. Conduct acceptance testing of new sites/hops/nodes to ensure proper implementation in coordination with circle project/TI vendors.
  6. Support physical activities in relation to different quality improvement initiatives like TRX addition/replacement, height increment, node up-gradation, microwave link restructuring, etc.
  7. Collaborate with other network verticals to monitor and maintain Service affecting KPIs as per SLA.
  8. Spare and inventory handling at site level, support in RS&R.
  9. Maintain all kinds of site-related documents and time-to-time updating to the circle database repository team.
  10. Compliance to HSW and WFM KPIs.
  11. Support for validation of energy, IPF, and other cost-related parameters at site level.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of BSS and MW (Nokia and Huawei).
