Job Title: Senior Finance Leader

We are seeking an experienced and strategic finance professional to join our organization. This role requires a strong understanding of financial accounting, compliance, business partnering, and operational finance to drive key financial initiatives across the organization.

The ideal candidate will bring leadership, accuracy, and proactive insights to guide business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Finalize company accounts, including consolidation for fully owned subsidiaries in accordance with applicable accounting standards.

- Manage audits and coordinate with statutory auditors to ensure smooth closure of annual and quarterly audits.

- Prepare and analyze monthly management information reports for senior management to support strategic decision-making.

- Ensure compliance with direct & indirect taxation requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.) in coordination with consultants and internal teams.

- Provide an overview of company secretarial compliances and ensure governance standards in alignment with legal requirements.

- Support business units in pricing decisions, contract vetting, and commercial negotiations.

- Play a key role in divisional business reviews, offering financial insights to support informed decision-making.

- Lead the annual budgeting process and track actual spend vs. budgets, with variance analysis and corrective action recommendations.

- Monitor fund position and cash flow planning to ensure liquidity and smooth financial operations across the business.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Qualified CA / ICWA professional.

- 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in a mid-to-large-sized organization.

- Strong knowledge of Indian GAAP, taxation laws, and compliance frameworks.

- Proven experience in working with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Tally) and MIS tools.
