Financial Director

The organization seeks an experienced and accomplished financial leader to drive business growth through effective strategic planning, financial management, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Planning and Strategy
- Develop comprehensive financial plans to optimize working capital, manage risk, and improve overall financial performance.
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Team Management and Development
- Foster a high-performing team environment by providing coaching, mentoring, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement talent acquisition and retention strategies.
- Cash Flow Management and Optimization
- Design and implement cash flow management strategies to minimize downtime, reduce costs, and maximize liquidity.
- Analyze and address potential cash flow disruptions to ensure timely payment of bills and expenses.
- Policies and Procedures
- Develop and maintain robust policies and procedures to promote operational efficiency, transparency, and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements.
- Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management
- Evaluate and mitigate regulatory risks to ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities to resolve any issues or concerns.
In addition to the above responsibilities, the successful candidate should have a minimum of 8-9 years of top leadership level experience, with a strong background in finance, investment, and policy development.
