Job Title: Chartered Accountant

We are seeking a skilled Financial Manager with extensive post-qualification experience to manage the company's financial accounts, compliance, taxation, and audits.

The ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge in finalization of accounts, Accounting Standards (AS), GST, direct/indirect taxation, and internal audit processes. The role requires a proactive individual who can handle end-to-end accounting responsibilities and ensure timely statutory filings.

  • Finalize accounts and prepare financial statements including Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow.
  • Ensure compliance with Accounting Standards (AS) applicable to private limited companies.
  • Handle complete accounting process from journal entries to ledger scrutiny and reconciliation.
  • Oversee GST computations and compliances.
  • Oversee order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes for accounting accuracy.
  • Conduct periodic internal audits and assist in statutory audit processes.
  • Prepare compliance calendar for all statutory and tax-related deadlines.
  • Analyze financial data for trends, variances, and support business decision-making.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and government authorities for financial and tax-related matters.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3–4 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Semi Qualified with relevant experience can also be evaluated
  • Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (AS), Companies Act, Income Tax, and GST.
  • Experience with ledger scrutiny and hands-on involvement in end-to-end accounting.
  • Exposure to internal audit and statutory compliance processes.
  • Familiarity with accounting software like Tally, Zoho Books, SAP, or similar ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
