Job Overview

As a Client Engagement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering strategic consulting to clients, driving business growth through insightful solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide expert consulting to clients, leveraging data-driven insights and market analysis to inform business decisions.
  2. Support Business Relationship Managers in developing tailored strategies to meet client objectives.
  3. Oversee global projects across various therapeutic areas, focusing on competitor analysis, KOL identification, and pricing expert engagement.
  4. Supervise Local HCP targeting projects, presenting findings from referral and prescription pattern analyses.
  5. Assist in pitches, sales, and marketing efforts, including SOW preparation and participation in sales meetings.
  6. Create, develop, and maintain project presentation materials, meeting agendas, minutes, and training materials.
  7. Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and tasks.
  8. Collaborate with client teams to address business questions and develop data-driven strategies using Neolytica's Ti Expert platform.
  9. Liaise with internal support teams, ensuring seamless project execution.
  10. Prepare client deliverables in the form of presentations and reports, presenting them to client teams.
  11. Develop and maintain project plans, launch plans, and client solution sites with support from the Technology team.
  12. Ensure medical integrity and accuracy throughout all client projects.
  13. Provide strategic support to medical, commercial, and regulatory teams using data-driven insights.
  14. Perform other related duties as assigned.
  15. Manage internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects on time and within scope.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Master's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 4-10 years of related experience in consulting or client services
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet software (Excel), project management software, word processing software (Word), email software (Outlook), and presentation software (PowerPoint)
