  • Technical Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge of pharmaceutical machinery such as compression and capsule filling equipment
  • Customer Interaction: Ability to understand user requirements and convert leads into orders by preparing technical scopes and quotations
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, planning, and service to ensure seamless execution of projects
  • Product Presentations: Prepare and deliver product presentations and technical demonstrations to clients
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions, machine evaluations, and service reports
  • Industry Trends: Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements in pharma machinery
  • Training: Train junior staff or technicians on machinery handling and troubleshooting techniques
Requirements:
  • 7-8 years of experience in a similar role
  • BE / B.Tech / Graduate degree
