We are seeking an experienced ASIC Test Engineer to join our team. As an ASIC Test Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing test plans, procedures, and tools to ensure the quality and reliability of our products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital design principles, experience with automatic test pattern generation (ATPG), and proficiency in programming languages such as Python or C++.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and tools to ensure the quality and reliability of our products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to identify and resolve issues.
  • Design and develop test fixtures, probes, and other equipment to support testing and debugging.
  • Develop and maintain test scripts, software, and hardware to automate testing and improve efficiency.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot test results, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in ASIC testing and validation
  • Strong understanding of digital design principles and theories
  • Experience with ATPG, DFT, and BIST techniques
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java
  • Knowledge of CAD tools, such as Cadence, Mentor Graphics, or Synopsys
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with high-speed digital design and verification
  • Knowledge of low-power design and verification
  • Familiarity with ESL (Electronic System-Level) design and verification
  • Experience with HW/SW co-design and verification
  • Knowledge of computer-aided design (CAD) tools and technologies
