Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Fault Tolerance (DFT) engineer to lead the development of innovative DFT architectures for complex Application-Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC) and System-on-Chip (SoC) designs.

Your expertise in designing test structures such as scan chains, boundary scan (JTAG), Memory BIST (MBIST), Logic BIST (LBIST), and others will enable seamless integration with RTL and physical design teams.

You will work closely with these teams to generate and validate test patterns using Automatic Test Pattern Generation (ATPG) tools for stuck-at, transition, and path delay faults.

Fault simulation and coverage analysis are critical components of your role, aiming to optimize test quality. Additionally, you will support silicon bring-up and debug of test-related issues by collaborating with Automated Test Equipment (ATE) teams to develop test programs and ensure production testing.

With 3+ years of experience in the field, you possess a deep understanding of DFT principles and practices. Your passion for staying up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in this space is essential for driving innovation.
