Facilities Operations Manager

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a highly organized and customer-focused individual to take on a key role in overseeing daily facility operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the upkeep of facilities, ensuring exceptional service delivery and maintaining high standards of housekeeping and upkeep through regular inspections and surprise checks.
- Manage event coordination, office moves, mailroom services, medical room operations, and other specialized facility areas, ensuring seamless operations and effective stakeholder engagement.
- Monitor inventory levels, maintain appropriate stock of supplies, and coordinate procurement requirements while optimizing budget utilization.
- Prepare and submit monthly business reviews (MBRs), quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and accurate accruals with minimal variance.
- Implement and manage technology tools to enhance operational efficiency, identifying process improvements and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- High school diploma or graduate degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in facilities property management, hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong customer service focus with excellent problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in technology applications with strong organizational and prioritization capabilities.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision while effectively managing stressful situations.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and evaluating performance through scorecards.
- Background in budget preparation and financial management within facilities operations.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements and statutory norms for facility management.
