Job Title:

A Human Resources Business Partner is required to support the growth and success of our organization.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment: Hire employees within agreed timelines, coordinate recruiting processes, track applications, conduct interviews, and administer assessments.
  • Onboarding: Guide hiring managers through the onboarding process, partner with them to ensure positive candidate experiences, and complete first-day orientations for new employees.
  • Rewards Implementation: Provide guidance on employee benefits, partner with supervisors and managers to implement performance management and reward schemes, and ensure effective recognition of employee contributions.
  • Employee Relations: Address and investigate employee concerns, conduct workplace investigations, and provide recommendations for resolution.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with employer branding teams to identify what makes our company attractive to candidates, highlighting key differentiators that set us apart from competitors.
  • Employee Experience and Engagement: Implement employee rewards programs that recognize performance achievements, participate in employee engagement initiatives, and provide insight into candidate and employee needs.
  • Supporting Initiatives: Participate in department projects, including compensation and benefits, people systems, communications, employee engagement, learning and development, total rewards, and corporate engagements.

Administration: Support event planning activities, maintain records and documents outside of company systems, and perform other duties as assigned.
