Senior Production Lead

The Senior Production Lead plays a pivotal role in spearheading production processes and client relationships within a dedicated vertical.

This position involves leading cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution, aligning with client objectives and fostering strong professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Oversight: Spearhead all stages of production projects, guaranteeing timely completion, budget adherence, and exceptional quality standards.
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building trust through exceptional communication skills and a deep understanding of their needs.
  • Team Development: Lead, mentor, and empower a team of creative professionals, facilitating their growth and enhancing project management capabilities.
  • Process Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal and external processes, including documentation, contract management, payments, and compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Experience: A minimum of 7-10 years of proven experience in production and client servicing, preferably within the BFSI sector.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop junior producers or project managers.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
